Thank you so much for such a phenomenally delicious evening :) It was such fun having you in our kitchen and your calm and equanimity inspired me! To say everything was delicious is an understatement - all your lovely touches from flowers and gourds to so many delightful and surprising ingredients - it was magical. And to add to it all that I didn’t have to plan, shop, cook, and most importantly: clean!! - a treat beyond measure.

Thank you Allison Anastasio Zeglis for an amazing afternoon kicking off your culinary demonstration series at Last Bite Chef. PEOPLE, go. Just go. Girlfriends/couples groups, birthdays, families, name your excuse, GO. if I could share smell, taste & all things sensory on Facebook it would start a stampede to her door - it would be a public saftey hazard. All this in a beautiful, relaxed, comfortable setting with genuine heart for hospitality. Beautifully done, Allison, a huge success! I want to come back enough times to eventually bring everybody I know! The day was very easily worth every nickel of the cost of registration & the time to attend!

We recently had Chef Allison prepare a dinner in our home for about 20 people.  This was a special occasion, as it was a farewell party for a very good friend who is a major foodie, so we wanted to do something special.  Allison absolutely delivered that special experience.  My guests (many of whom are very discerning foodies) were thrilled with the meal crafted by Allison.  We enjoyed a wide range of complementary dishes, from fresh vegetarian offerings, to seafood and meat dishes (the roasted pork belly was to-die-for!), to a hot soup course, and of course dessert.  Allison guided us through this culinary journey at an excellent pace, explaining each set of dishes and answering any questions our guests had.  As the evening wound down and we were enjoying dessert, Allison discreetly packed everything up and left the kitchen sparkling clean without us even noticing.  She was professional, engaging, and efficient.  We definitely plan on having her come again, and many of our guests were excited to get her contact information too.
