VEGETARIAN FOR OMNIVORES

Among omnivores, vegetarian & vegan food sometimes has a bad reputation as boring or bland, but trust me: people who say that are misinformed! It is so exciting and is more accessible than you might think. Plant-based cuisine is dynamic and satisfying, even for the most devout meat lover.

You can make outstanding plant-based meals in your own kitchen and turn them into something that you look forward to. Not only are these vegetarian dishes delicious, but relying less on animal-based products will make a positive impact on your health and on the environment. Imagine how it will feel when you have the skills to boost all elements of flavor, sight, smells, texture and taste!

In each 90 minute class we’ll go over a basic introduction to the concepts and then we’ll make a full recipe together.

You can buy a series pass for all four classes, or purchase individual classes to fit your interests and schedules.
