Dark Roux (DUCK, ANDOUILLE & SHRIMP, MIXED MUSHROOM) Gumbo. Fluffy White rice.  Grilled Romaine Salad with burst cherry tomatoes & buttermilk herb dressing  (Optional: Add Cathead Biscuits)

Vietnamese lemongrass wok-fried bun cha patties (PORK, BEEF, CHICKEN, TOFU).  Vermicelli rice noodles. Generous rainbow salad of carrot ribbons, bean sprouts, baby cucumber slices, shaved jalapeno, mint.  Rice vinegar sweet chili sauce.

(CHICKEN, SALMON, TOFU) Florentine: Butterflied fillets, stuffed with spinach, artichoke hearts & parmigiano reggiano, lemon cream sauce drizzle. Boiled Baby Red Potatoes tossed with Green beans & gremolata (a green sauce made of toasted almonds, parsley, lemon zest, and garlic)

GRAB & GO salads: Roasted Delicata Squash and Halloumi on Baby Power greens. Quinoa & Sunflower seeds.  Creamy Roasted Red pepper dressing. 

COMFORT SOUP: Chicken Lemon Rice

PETITE BITES: Turkey Burger Sliders. Crinkle cut Sweet potato fries.

ENERGY BARS: Cranberry orange baked granola bars, white chocolate drizzle

BREAKFAST BITES:  Margarita Pizza Scones

FRITTATA BITES:  Butternut squash and parmigiano

Bakery COOKIES:  Soft and Chewy Oatmeal Chocolate chip, one dozen

SEASONAL SWEET TREAT:  Chocolate Beetroot Cake, topped with chocolate ganache & rose petals
