Caramelized onion smothered (Salmon, Ribeye Steak, Chicken breast). Braised Cherry Tomatoes & Farro/Whole Oats.  Dijon Haricot Vert & almonds. 

(Chicken, Eggplant, Cauliflower) Parmigiano in housemade marinara. Cacio e Pepe Spaghetti.  Sautéed Garlic Spinach with pine nuts.

Macadamia Nut crusted (chicken breast, cod, zucchini halves) honey mustard drizzle.  Wild rice pilaf.  Roasted beets and baby turnips on sautéed spinach.

Peanut Coconut Purple Cauliflower Curry.  Fluffy extra-long grain rice.  Skillet sautéed Scallions & cashews with tamarind chutney. 

GRAB & GO salads:  Gazpacho Salad - chopped local tomatoes, cucumber, toasted croutons, burrata, torn basil on local greens. Roasted Shallot balsamic vinaigrette.  

COMFORT SOUP:  Canellini Bean & Tuscan Kale Soup, in a tomato broth

PETITE BITES:   Grilled Bison Sliders. Oven fries. 

ENERGY BARS:   Chocolate topped Peanut butter no bake.

Sweet BREAKFAST BITES:   Golden Milk overnight oats

FRITTATA BITES:   Brie & Mushroom

SEASONAL SWEET TREAT:  Peach Streusel Cobbler

FAMILY GREENS: A family sized salad mix of local and seasonal greens, radishes and shaved veggies. With or without one half pint of vinaigrette.

PROTEIN BOOST: Add 1 1/2 pound of simple protein for use during your week: grilled chicken breast, salmon filets, shrimp skewers, pressed and grilled tofu planks. 

BARKY BITES, Human Grade Dog Food:  Finely Ground turkey, shredded zucchini, shredded carrots, shredded sweet potato, brown rice, spinach, parsley, green peas, olive oil. Sold in 2 quart increments.
