(CHICKEN, VEAL, COD, CHICKPEA) paprikash: a classic Hungarian inspired stew, slow cooked and studded with smoky red peppers and sweet onions.  Wide “Al Dente” noodles. Sauteed spinach & swiss chard.

Ponzu marinated (AHI TUNA, WHITEFISH, CHICKEN BREAST). Miso Butter Brown Rice crispy shiitake slices. Snow pea, shaved rainbow carrot & bok choy, carrot ginger vinaigrette.

Garlic Parsley (LAMB, BEEF, BISON, MUSHROOM/TOFU) & shredded zucchini meatballs, tahini yogurt swipe. Torn Cavolo Nero & Farro warm salad with preserved lemon & feta.
