Spicy Apricot & Ginger Glazed (CHICKEN, FLANK STEAK, CAULIFLOWER STEAK). Vegetable & Egg Fried Rice. Steamed Broccolini, Furikake dust

Poblano peppers stuffed with charred corn (TURKEY, BEEF BRAISED BLACK BEANS) and chihuahua cheese, served in a garlic tomato Ranchero sauce. Basmati rice. Curtido slaw, oregano vinaigrette.

Cider braised (CHICKEN THIGHS, PORK SHOULDER) with apples, baby turnips, shallots & thyme. Delicata squash fritters. 

A LA CARTE TARTE:  Slab Galette- Swiss Chard & Gruyere

GRAB & GO salads: Charred baby Cabbage wedges, baby romanesco cauliflower florets, black beluga lentils, goat cheese & yogurt dressing, herbs.

COMFORT SOUP:  Tomato spinach tortellini

PETITE BITES:  Sweet barbeque baked chicken breast. Cheddar cornbread fingers. 

ENERGY BARS:  Chewy Chocolate Coconut granola bars

Sweet BREAKFAST BITES:  Blueberry Lemon Curd Oats (baked or sprouted)

FRITTATA BITES:  (turkey or pork) breakfast sausage and pimento cheese

Bakery COOKIES:  Ted Lasso’s shortbread fingers

SEASONAL SWEET TREAT:  Maple Yogurt Pound Cake
