Miso roasted (CHICKEN BREAST, COHO SALMON, TOFU). Teriyaki japanese hinona turnips. Walnut stuffed nori wrapped Onigiri (sticky rice balls)

Burgundy Braised (Brisket bites, CHICKEN THIGHS, Cauliflower). Celeriac latkes. Horseradish Creme. Honey glazed carrot coins. 

GRAB & GO: Buddha bowls -Black forbidden rice, chili roasted sweet potato, garbanzo bean, shaved red cabbage & spinach. Miso tofu. Green lemon tahini drizzle.

COMFORT SOUP:  Butternut Squash & Apple bisque
