Coconut (SHRIMP, CHICKEN BREAST, TOFU), charred shishito peppers. Roasted Sweet potato, creme fraiche & chermoula. Grilled sweet corn with basil butter.

Pontiac Pig spiced & Grilled  (PORK TENDERLOIN, BONE-IN CHICKEN, CAULIFLOWER HEAD ) Red pepper & Hazelnut Romesco sauce.  Brown Rice & Vermicelli Pilaf.  Sauteed Swiss Chard.

Julia Child’s (BEEF, WILD MUSHROOM & PARSNIP) Bourguignon, topped with bacon lardons, mushrooms & pearl onions. Creamy Mashed Potatoes (or cauliflower). Honey glazed roasted Baby Carrots & Zucchini Batons.

GRAB & GO salads:  Charred Corn, Beets, Lentils, avocado, blue cheese, sunflower seeds, cherry tomatoes on kale & swiss chard.  Basically a summer’s garden in your bowl.

COMFORT SOUP:   Italian Chickpea & Quinoa Stew, brothy tomato.

PETITE BITES:  Cornflake crusted Baked Chicken Fingers.  Crinkle cut potatoes.

ENERGY BARS:   Strawberry Banana Oat Bars

Sweet BREAKFAST BITES:  Blueberry Hand pies

FRITTATA BITES:  Feta, Spinach & Basil

COOKIES: Oatmeal Chocolate chip

SEASONAL SWEET TREAT:  Peach Cobbler

FAMILY GREENS: A family sized salad mix of local and seasonal greens, radishes and shaved veggies. With or without one half pint of vinaigrette.

PROTEIN BOOST: Add 1 1/2 pound of simple protein for use during your week: grilled chicken breast, salmon filets, shrimp skewers, pressed and grilled tofu planks.

BARKY BITES, Human Grade Dog Food:  Finely Ground turkey, shredded zucchini, shredded carrots, shredded sweet potato, brown rice, spinach, parsley, green peas, olive oil. Sold in 2 quart increments.
