Fresh mango, peach & jalapeno salsa on grilled (Chicken breast, tilapia, Tofu). Green Cauliflower Rice. Basil & Almond Green bean salad.

(Jumbo Shrimp & Andouille, soy curls, smoked butternut squash) jambalaya pasta:  Sweet local peppers, celery & onions in a creamy Cajun tomato sauce. On Corkscrew pasta.  Avocado green goddess on local salad greens. 

Braised chickpea, cherry tomato, caper & garlic confit stew.  Yogurt flatbreads (cooked or dough ready for you to cook fresh). Broccoli salad with tahini vinaigrette & crispy onions.

GRAB & GO salads:   Greek White Bean & Ventresca Tuna, on arugula. With Avocado & cherry tomatoes. Dijon vinaigrette.  

COMFORT SOUP:  Smooth CARROT & RED LENTIL SOUP

PETITE BITES:  Teriyaki Steak Bites. Sesame rice

ENERGY BARS:  Cinnamon roll Granola Bars

Sweet BREAKFAST BITES: Chocolate Zucchini muffins

FRITTATA BITES:   Swiss Chard & Manchego

SEASONAL SWEET TREAT:  Classic Michigan Sour Cherry Pie

FAMILY GREENS: A family sized salad mix of local and seasonal greens, radishes and shaved veggies. With or without one half pint of vinaigrette.

PROTEIN BOOST: Add 1 1/2 pound of simple protein for use during your week: grilled chicken breast, salmon filets, shrimp skewers, pressed and grilled tofu planks. 

BARKY BITES, Human Grade Dog Food:  Finely Ground turkey, shredded zucchini, shredded carrots, shredded sweet potato, brown rice, spinach, parsley, green peas, olive oil. Sold in 2 quart increments.
