Sesame dijon (PORK LOIN, CHICKEN HALF, CAULIFLOWER HEAD) Warm Barley, caramelized onion and wild mushroom salad.  Roasted Cumin Baby Carrots. 

Seared (TUNA STEAK, SCALLOPS, TURKEY PAILLARDS, CAULIFLOWER STEAK) Herb vinaigrette.  Boiled baby potatoes. Green bean & sun dried tomato salad. 

Taco inspired Stuffed Spaghetti Squash. Spiced (TURKEY, BEEF, TOFU) mixed with tomato & spaghetti squash strands, topped with pepper jack and baked in the shell.   Jalapeno Cornbread.

GRAB & GO salads:  Grilled farmers’ market vegetables on romaine. Walnuts & goat cheese. Balsamic vinaigrette.

COMFORT SOUP:  Corn Puree

PETITE BITES: Spaghetti bolognese 

ENERGY BARS:  Almond Butter Cranberry 

Sweet BREAKFAST BITES:  Peaches and Cream Scones

FRITTATA BITES: Cheddar & Broccoli

Bakery COOKIES: Pecan Shortbread

SEASONAL SWEET TREAT: Apple pear oatmeal crisp

FAMILY GREENS: A family sized salad mix of local and seasonal greens, radishes and shaved veggies. With or without one half pint of vinaigrette.

PROTEIN BOOST: Add 1 1/2 pound of simple protein for use during your week: grilled chicken breast, salmon filets, shrimp skewers, pressed and grilled tofu planks. 

BARKY BITES:Human Grade Dog Food:  Finely Ground turkey, shredded zucchini, shredded carrots, shredded sweet potato, brown rice, spinach, parsley, green peas, olive oil. Sold in 2 quart increments.
