Caramelized onion & gruyere (BEEF FILET, CHICKEN BREAST, BUTTERNUT SQUASH). Potato Latkes, creme fraiche. Sauteed leek & swiss chard. 

Turkish (LAMB, PACIFIC COD, WILD MUSHROOM) patties, cucumber scallion yogurt.  Artichoke Feta Orzo. Roasted Red pepper & herb salad.

Coriander & cumin crusted (ATLANTIC SALMON, CHICKEN BREAST, CAULIFLOWER STEAK) on wilted spinach, green olive pistachio salsa. Coconut Milk Basmati Rice with orange segments.  Sesame Bok Choy. 

A LA CARTE TARTE:  Sourdough Savory Galette: delicata squash, walnuts, leek & sage (add blue cheese)

GRAB & GO salads:  Greek veggie & tortellini salad on local greens. Beet-pink Greek dressing.

COMFORT SOUP:  Brothy Butternut Squash Chili with beans & quinoa.

PETITE BITES: Crispy Fish Sticks. Mashed potato. 

ENERGY BARS:  Pumpkin Oat bars

Sweet BREAKFAST BITES:  Gluten-Free Baked Pumpkin Donuts

FRITTATA BITES: Potato & Bacon

Bakery COOKIES: Gingerbread Oatmeal Cream Pies

SEASONAL SWEET TREAT: Canadian Maple Tart

FAMILY GREENS: A family sized salad mix of local and seasonal greens, radishes and shaved veggies. With or without one half pint of vinaigrette.

PROTEIN BOOST: Add 1 1/2 pound of simple protein for use during your week: grilled chicken breast, salmon filets, shrimp skewers, pressed and grilled tofu planks. 

BARKY BITES:Human Grade Dog Food:  Finely Ground turkey, shredded zucchini, shredded carrots, shredded sweet potato, brown rice, spinach, parsley, green peas, olive oil. Sold in 2 quart increments.
