(RAINBOW LAKE TROUT, TURKEY BREAST, BUTTERNUT SQUASH) almondine. Cauliflower mash. Roasted local beets & their green tops.

(COD, PORK TENDERLOIN, FETA) in Baked Early Fall Ratatouille: layers of thinly sliced red pepper, eggplant, zucchini, red onion, rosemary & thyme in a roasted garlic tomato sauce.  Herbed Rice.

Texas (BEEF, TURKEY, BEAN) Chili con Carne: Slow braised with sweet local peppers. All the toppings: sour cream, shredded cheddar, avocado, minced sweet red onion.  Skillet Buttermilk Cornbread.  Romaine & radish salad. 

A LA CARTE TARTE:  Sourdough Rye Galette- RATATOUILLE & Brie

GRAB & GO salads:  Julienned Rainbow Veggies & shredded Napa Cabbage, Shredded Chicken, Five spice Peanuts, Kimchi Vinaigrette

COMFORT SOUP:  Mom’s Chicken Noodle
